student life

Student life is the relational component of FCC and is conducted through various activities, such as outreach opportunities, intramurals, discipleship and quarterly student life events.

intramural sports

Each month, students participate in intramural sports in order to grow in relationship, but also help them understand the importance of having an active lifestyle and develop team-building skills.

outreach

Each month students participate in local outreach initiatives that are in partnership with Free Chapel. Students are required to fulfill ten hours of outreach each semester.

events

Camp Alive: Camp Alive is a weekend where middle school and high school students can come together and learn, grow and create friendships that will last a lifetime. Free Chapel College students will have the opportunity to serve in multiple capacities based on the program of study they’re pursuing, but will also help lead camp attendees in daily worship services, small groups, and all the fun activities that take place all throughout the day. This is a weekend every student will remember for the rest of their lives.

DIVINE: Divine Conference is collective, energetic and diverse. It is an upbeat women’s conference for mothers, sisters, daughters and friends. We worship together, learn together and live life together. We are a force of beauty in the world. We are all things beautiful.

Forward Conference: In 2004, God called Pastor Jentezen Franklin to host the very first Forward Conference at Free Chapel in Gainesville, Georgia. Five hundred students encountered God and left the conference filled with God’s love for their generation. Since that time, thousands of students have traveled to Duluth, GA to be inspired to live for Jesus.

Forward Conference is more than unforgettable games, phenomenal worship and world-class speakers. It is a call to this generation to leave the past behind and press forward to the great plans God has in place for their lives.

One Marriage Conference: The One Marriage Conference shares with couples how to build and grow the marriage they have always dreamed of. This is a weekend filled with fun, laughter and romance.

housing

Free Chapel College does not offer housing. However, there are a variety of affordable apartment and town home communities within a close proximity of our campus.

discipleship

NextSteps: Next Steps is a four-week program that enables Free Chapel to strategically position each individual with a heart to serve, into a ministry and role that fosters efficiency, growth, and ultimately, fulfillment. Every student will be required to complete our Next Steps Program that takes place every Sunday morning when the final service concludes. Students who have already completed Next Steps will not be required to attend.

School of Discipleship: School of Discipleship is a four-phase in-depth discipleship program that helps facilitate spiritual growth for all believers. The relevant Bible teachings will establish believers in their faith, the character of Christ, and their gifting. The Free Chapel School of Discipleship is also a path for future ministry development. Ministry Leadership Students will be required to attend SOD each Monday night unless excused by the director of Free Chapel College. In addition, SOD is available for all Accredited and Advanced Program students free of charge if commitment is made to attend all classes.
